Delivery Policy

How and when our services and deliverables are delivered.

Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Nature of deliverables

FTEtech IT delivers digital services and digital deliverables — source code, build artifacts, design files, documentation, deployed environments, and access to hosted SaaS platforms. We do not ship physical goods.

2. Delivery method

  • Source & assets are delivered via private Git repositories (e.g. GitHub, GitLab) or secure file transfer.
  • Deployed environments are delivered as URLs to staging and production environments.
  • Documentation & invoices are delivered electronically by email.
  • Access credentials are shared via a secure secrets manager or password vault.

3. Delivery timelines

Estimated timelines are stated in your proposal or statement of work. We work in weekly sprints and provide regular demos. Final delivery dates depend on timely client feedback, third-party approvals (e.g. App Store review), and scope stability.

4. Acceptance

Each milestone is considered accepted when (a) you confirm acceptance in writing, or (b) seven (7) days pass after delivery without written rejection identifying specific deficiencies.

5. Payment confirmation

Credit-card payments are typically authorized within minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–5 business days to clear. Work or access associated with a payment is released once funds are confirmed.

6. Subscription / SaaS access

If you subscribe to a hosted product, access is provisioned immediately after successful payment, with credentials emailed to the address on file.

7. Failed delivery

If any deliverable does not arrive as expected, contact support@amicicitta.com within seven (7) days and we will investigate and re-deliver at no additional cost.
